This aircraft represents the aircraft flown by WWII Demons7th FS 49th FG pilot Lt. Joel B.Paris 
(s.n. unknown) #7 "SANDY" represented in it's New Guinea/Dobadura mid summer 1943 color/markings 
scheme.This aircraft comes with an optional upper wing surface that is not a mirrored image of 
itself (see texture folder for more information).
Lt. Paris went on to becoming an ace (9 kills) flying both the P-40 in
New Guinea and the P-38 in the Philippines having won the Silver Star for his efforts in keeping
a visiting group of visiting VIPs flying in a PBY Catalina (during the invasion of Mindoro)
out of harms way from a group of attacking Zeros and was promoted to the rank of Captain as well.
Capt. J.Paris was to survive the war, eventually obtaining the rank of General.

This aircraft represents (in a virtual fashion)flight specifications of an actual P-40N 
Dash 20 model and was tested for use in many different aspects of flight.

testing my many airfiles untill I approved the last one for use which was airfile #8
